Choosing the right Stick is easy! The process can be determined by taking into consideration the following factors:
a person's size (larger people usually have larger muscles)
muscle density (how compact/solid or dense the muscles are)
pressure preferences (a light VS deep massage)
body applications (whole body VS limbs)
how The Stick will be used (warm-up, stripping massage, training tool...)
- Once the above factors have been determined, it is now time to explore some options!!! Here is a brief description to how the different Models of Sticks compare:

Basicaly, a longer Stick is more versatile in that it can reach more places. The level of flexibility directly corresponds to the level of massage penetration. A stiffer Stick is for larger or more dense muscle groups and deeper penetration.
