Choosing the right Stick is easy!  The process can be determined by taking into consideration the following factors:

  • a person's size (larger people usually have larger muscles)
  • muscle density (how compact/solid or dense the muscles are)
  • pressure preferences (a light VS deep massage)
  • body applications (whole body VS limbs)
  • how The Stick will be used (warm-up, stripping massage, training tool...)
